Do you have a store?
FPL is based online, however if you would like to try something on – email me and we can arrange a fitting at my studio. Alternatively, you can shop with me every Saturday at Neighbourgood’s Market or visit us at Bote Bridal Boutique.
What Shipping methods are available?
For South Africa and surrounds, your package will be couriered to your door via Aramex at a flat rate of R100.00. For Cape Town City, you may choose to collect your garments for free from my studio in Gardens/City Bowl or use Aramex delivery.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Once your order has been placed, please allow between 1-14 working days for me to make it before it can be shipped. It takes time to create each piece from scratch and ensure your garment is perfect.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. Aramex takes between 1-3 days to deliver your package.
How can I pay for my order?
All online orders are processed through Yoco. Simply follow the checkout process and use any credit/debit card to pay.
What size do I order?
Follow my size guide to determine what size will fit you best. If you are looking for something in a custom size, please get in touch!
I have an event coming up, can you make it in time?
The answer is usually yes. Get in touch with me ASAP so I can make your garment in time.
Are you open to collaborate with other designers/artists or photographers?
Definitely, I would love to hear from you on any ideas or projects you have in mind. Drop me an email and I’ll be in touch.
Do you offer internship programmes?

Where do you make your garments?
All FPL pieces are totally made to order by me in Cape Town, South Africa.
Where do you source your fabrics?
All of our fabrics, trims and materials are sourced locally in Cape Town. Check out FPL’s Sustainability pledge.
Can you make custom garments?
Yes! I regularly make bespoke outfits for my customers. Head to the Custom page to find out more information.
How do I care for my Frances Pryce Lewis items?
Each FPL garment comes with a fabric care tag with specific care instructions.
Generally, you should handle your garment with the utmost care by either dry cleaning, hand washing or using a gentle cold machine wash.
