How To Measure Yourself
Firstly, make sure you are standing tall and relaxed. With your tape measure at hand, measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust and around your back. Make sure not to hold the tape measure too tight or too loose.
Once you have this measurement you can move onto your waist, which is the smallest area of your natural waist. Lastly, your hips which is the fullest part of your lower body. Your hips are 20-23cm below your waist.
