Shipping & Returns

FPL garments are designed, cut and sewn by me at my studio. When placing an order, I may need to make up your garment before shipping it.

For this reason, there will be a lead time of 1 – 14 days before your parcel is dispatched. If for any reason, you need your garment by a specific date, please contact me as it can be arranged.

Cape Town City 

Orders may be collected for free from my studio in Gardens, City Bowl at an arranged time. I will confirm my address with you via email once your order is ready for collection. 

Alternatively, you can choose standard delivery via Aramex at checkout.

South African Cities & Surrounds

Parcels will be sent via Aramex courier to your door. For orders under R1 000.00 a R100.00 fee will be charged.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Once shipped, parcels going to a main city centre will be delivered within 1-2 working days. For parcels going to regional areas, deliveries will take up to 2-3 working days.

Returns

We want you to love your FPL garment, however if you are unhappy with your product or have a change of heart, we offer a full refund / exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.

Returns are conditional to the state in which they are returned in (unworn, packaging and labels intact).

Please note: refunds are only given on the cost of the garment and not for shipping. If you qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

The cost of return shipping is at your expense and we will process the refund once we have received the item.

If you are returning the item due to a flaw in the production or fabric of the garment, we will pay for the item to be returned to us before sending you a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Regrettably, we do not offer refunds on any garments that are custom-made to your specific body measurements.
